Tanworth in Arden is a small pretty little village set amidst the rolling countryside of Warwickshire. The centre of the village is dominated by its church which was built around the mid 1300’s, the Church of St Mary Magdalene, and in the late 18th century the vicar was Philip Wren, great grandson to Christopher Wren designer of St Paul’s Cathedral in London. This village is also a popular walking destination, it is well served by two railway stations close by, Wood End and Danzey Green, as well as having a good local road network allowing relatively easy access to the M42 making the NEC, Birmingham and Stratford on Avon all readily accessible.
