Some Odiham Cottages

Odiham is to be found in Hampshire set amongst the undulating countryside and yet offering a convenient location for the commuter. Historically the village can trace its history back to the Domesday Book, close to Odiham there are the remains of a castle built in the 12th / 13th century by King John which is today and Ancient Protected Monument. The church, All Saints Parish Church, dates from the 12th century although there are parts dating back to the 11th century still in evidence.The town reflects its long history as there are many different and varied architectural features to enjoy â€“ some of the cottages are half timbered and there are some with overhanging first floor storeys that are a delight to see.
