It is true that Llanberis built its reputation on the superb range of mountain climbing but today it has a growing reputation for mountain biking, paragliding and diving. If you prefer to take your exercise at a more leisurely pace there is Padarn Country Park which is set in around 800 acres of superb countryside offering plenty of great views.
