Lying between two lakes, surrounded by mountains in North Wales and offering some of the best mountain climbing in Wales we are of course in Llanberis â€“ a town which plays host to a wide range of outdoor activities. It is true that Llanberis built its reputation on the superb range of mountain climbing but today it has a growing reputation for mountain biking, paragliding and diving. If you prefer to take your exercise at a more leisurely pace there is Padarn Country Park which is set in around 800 acres of superb countryside offering plenty of great views.
