The little village of Lenwade sits in the lovely Wensum Valley, just a twenty minute drive northwest along the A1067 from Norwich. While the beautiful city of Norwich naturally has many attractions for those using Lenwade as a base, the village has plenty to offer in its own right. Right on the doorstep there are two family friendly places that provide great days out. The Animal Ark and Country Park is a 20 acre site with more than 300 domestic and farm animals including rare breeds, many of which can be fed and even cuddled.
