Some Hartland Cottages

While the Devon town of Hartland might seem remote, it has plenty to offer visitors. With many cafes and restaurants, as well as craft shops and potteries, it isnâ€™t without attraction. The main street leading to the town square is lined with cottages. In the square is the church of St. Johnâ€™s, a relatively new place of worship erected in the early 1800â€™s. It sits on the site of the former Town Hall of which only the 17th Century clock survives. At Hartland Quay visitors can enjoy a tour around the Shipwreck museum.
