Some East Cowton Cottages

East Cowton is a small North Yorkshire village situated between Northallerton and Darlington. Once with its own station on the main East Coast line the village though off the beaten track is still easy to access, just a fifteen minute drive along country lanes from Scotch Corner on the A1. All Saints Church to the west side of East Cowton is an Edwardian red brick building that replaced a much older one when it was constructed, and has elements within it from earlier times, including a round Norman font.
