Crosby is a coastal suburb of Merseyside in Liverpool, positioned on the edge of the Irish Sea. The town has a rich maritime history at its very core, from the Viking raiders who first came here, to the seafaring connections with the Titanic. From an amalgamation of smaller villages the town grew and prospered, in the 19th Century it was renowned for its sea bathing and soon became a popular destination.
