Craignure is a small picturesque village on the Isle of Mull in the Inner Hebrides lying off the coast of Argyll in Scotland, situated east of Tobermory; the main village on the island. Craignure was developed c1894, purposely built for its location at the most easterly point on the island, as the site of the ferry terminal connecting Mull to Oban on the Argyll mainland, the ferries started operating and the settlement steadily grew. Craignure has one of the three ferry terminals on the island bringing with it numerous tourists to this popular holiday location.
