Chapel-En-Le-Frith is a delightful Market town that nudges the stunning countryside of the Peak District in Derbyshire, home to over eight thousand people. At the highest point of the town stands a church dedicated to Thomas Becket that is mostly 14th Century, although altered in the 18th Century. There is an ancient Saxon cross, and was once used by Cromwell to imprison soldiers who later died and were buried here. There are picturesque buildings around the church with cobbled streets from Church Brow which leads to the Market Square.
