Bishopsworth is an interesting town positioned on the edge of Bristol in the West Country, and is home to just over eleven thousand people. It dates far back in time to the Saxon Settlers who first came here, and from a small farming community the town has grown, there is still a leafy feel with fine views over the Severn Estuary and the engineering masterpiece of the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Today's visitors can enjoy the attractive surrounding countryside, the Norman looking 19th Century church that's dedicated to St Peter, a varied choice of shops around the town, restaurants offering a warm welcome, and pubs offering something a little stronger.
