Some Belleek Cottages

The picturesque village of Belleek is located on the banks of the River Erne, at the border with the Republic of Ireland. Despite its modest size, the village is world-famous for its fine Parian china, produced at the Belleek Pottery. More than 150 years old, the pottery is one of Ireland's top tourist attractions, with visitors flocking to watch the craftsmen at work and to snap up a souvenir candlestick or vase. Many stay for a while to enjoy the village, perhaps taking time out for a cuppa at the Thatch teashop, the only original thatched building in County Fermanagh.
