West Lulworth is a village in the Purbeck district of Dorset, England that's situated on the English Channel coast. Although it is better known for its proximity to Lulworth Cove, West Lulworth is itself a beautiful village filled with charming thatched cottages. The village is about half a mile north of Lulworth Cove, between Weymouth and Wareham. The village is a gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site and is a popular tourist destination. The natural limestone arch of Durdle Door is half a mile west along the coast from Lulworth Cove.
