Rhosneigr is a pleasant coastal village on the Isle of Anglesey in North West Wales, and is home to just over seven hundred people. The village has an intriguing history which dates far back in time, its position overlooking the Irish Sea encouraged Smugglers, and Wreckers who enticed ships to the nearby Crigyll rocks during the 18th Century. There is a vast sandy beach backed by sand dunes which draw surfers, and wind surfers to this seaside village when the surf's up. The area has seen Viking marauders, Roman's and the Celts in times past, and later the Edwardian's who enjoyed the bracing sea air and unspoilt village ensuring it became a popular holiday destination, which continues today.
