Llandysul on the A486 lies 11 miles south-west of Lampeter on the banks of the river Teifi. This small, unspoilt market town prides itself both on its history and charm. A heaven for outdoor enthusiasts, with beautiful walks to enjoy, it is an ideal location for cyclists as it has on and off-road opportunities with varying degrees of difficulty. This area is known as a Mecca for anglers but those in search of more adrenalin fuelled pursuits often come for the white water canoeing ˆ where they can be assured of thrills (and hopefully not too many spills!) The delightful Victorian town centre will keep you happily occupied but Llandysul is ideally situated for exploring wider West Wales.
