In a lovely peaceful location on the edge of the forest in the Parc Naturel, this beautifully renovated old stone farmhouse looks across the valley to woodland beyond. With its beamed ceilings and stonework walls, the interior is both charming and comfortable, while outside a south-facing sun terrace leads on to the enclosed and well-planted gardens. Just beyond is a trout stream where fishing is available (permit available locally), and close by is a recreational lake where swimming, sailing and fishing can be enjoyed. The nearby market town of Sillé-le-Guillaume, 7km, offers a choice of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as tennis and riding facilities, while further afield is the town of Le Mans, 40km. ..
