This fairytale 15th Century privately owned Guthrie Castle (Est. 1468) sits in Angus, Scotland near the base of the Highlands, almost equally distant from Arbroath, Forfar, Montrose and Brechin. Ideally situated for holidays spent golfing, fishing, skiing,shooting, walking or just relaxing!

This romantic venue is perfect for Weddings and Conferences.
From 2-600 can be entertained like royalty. With its own private Chapel, Historic Walled Garden, Loch with Royal Swans, Private Golf Course, Fully Equipped Spa/Gym, Falconry, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Entertainment Centre including snooker and arcade games. You may never want to leave.

The royal ambience is captured in the period furniture, paintings and antiques throughout each room. The experience extends to the choice of menus produced by caterers to the Royal Family.
