A small village on top of a hill in East Sussex, just a few miles from Hastings, Battle and Rye. It’s history crosses with smugglers, The Battle of Hastings and Dinosaurs what more could be asked for. The enchanting scenery will not be beaten, ideal for walkers, bird watchers, photographers, painters and cyclists. The combination of wooded Glens and stirring coastal views is certainly the best of both worlds. If searching for fossils of dinosaurs, fish or mammals, the base of the sandstone cliffs is ideal, enjoy walking or cycling through leafy lanes with sleepy villages and thatched cottages, Why not visit the pretty church of St Andrews with a stunning tower originally built in 1180 although rebuilt in 1845.
