Exford is situated in the middle of Exmoor, in the county of Somerset. It lies 10 miles west of Minehead and seven miles north west of Dulverton. Exford is considered to be the very heart of Exmoor National Park, being also on the main route across Exmoor, the B3224. The village is situated on the River Exe and is famous for pursuits such as shooting, hunting, horse riding and fishing.
