City centre apartment living at hostel prices Rooms are private lockable singles or twins in shared flats with lounge kitchen bathroom etc . Right in the Heart of Edinburgh High quality budget apartment accommodation is available from 10th June until 4th September 2005. Our two buildings College Wynd and New Arthur Place are situated just 10 minutes walk from Waverley station. College Wynd is right on Cowgate and New Arthur Place is beside the Pleasance Theatre. Both are within easy reach of Edinburgh Castle The Royal Mile and Grassmarket. The locations are perfect for anyone visiting Edinburgh whether in town for the Edinburgh festival sightseeing touring Scotland or working over the summer. College Wynd is situated on the Cowgate equidistant from the Grassmarket and Holyrood Palace in a very popular part of the city. This comprises self contained fully equipped flats for 4 or 5 people. All are either twin or single bedded sharing bathroom facilities wc whb bath and shower and have the use of a communal lounge and kitchen with sink electric stove and fridge freezer. The flats are warm and cosy and remarkably quiet for such a central location. Most overlook a courtyard in the centre. New Arthur Place located just half a mile away offers 4 or 5 person flats of equal standard and level of furnishing as College Wynd. All rooms are single or twin bedded and share bathroom lounge and kitchen facilities. New Arthur Place also has a fabulous Beer Garden that we will be holding regular BBQ's at Self service laundry facilities are available in both sets of flats 1.40 per wash and washing powder can be bought at reception. All rooms are equipped with telephones that are linked to reception. We also sell phone cards for external calling. Breakfast is not included in the room fee but can easily be arranged at a competitive price. Please be aware that if you are staying in New Arthur Place you are still required to check in at College Wynd. We must also unfortunately charge a 15 key deposit at check in
