Blair Drummond was originally an estate in Scotland situated one mile south of the village of Doune and four miles north-west of Stirling on the south-bank of the River Teith. Historically interesting buildings in the policy lands include the impressive baronial house built c1868, the stable block built in1835 with clock-tower added in 1871, the 19th century Ice House, the Tudor Lodges and the Mill of Torr. Blair Drummond has a selection of holiday accommodation including a caravan park and it is a popular tourist destination attracting golfers, walkers, cyclists and nature-watchers.
