On the southern fringe of the North York Moors National Park, surrounded by breathtaking countryside, is the peaceful market town of Kirkbymoorside. The wide main street, part of which is still cobbled, is flanked by stonebuilt dwellings. Appletree court in the centre of Kirkbymoorside is within easy reach of Scarborough, Whitby and York and is an ideal base to discover the romantic Ryedale area; renowned for churches, abbeys, ancestral homes, folk museums and craft centres.

Appletree Court has been modernised and thoughtfully restored, retaining many original features. There is a walled garden to the rearavailable for guest use. Full English breakfast is included in the price, and packed lunches are available on request.
