The Eglinton Hotel is a comfortable and substantial five-storey Victorian townhouse designed by John Chessar between 1875 and 1880. Under private ownership, a particular and personal ambience has been created by the owners, whose special touch and attention to detail provide the hotel with a quiet air of sophistication, whilst a warm welcome is always guaranteed. Firmly established over twenty years, the hotel was refurbished and redecorated recently to its present high standard and retains many original features which add to its character.
