We have 28 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, colour TV, direct-dial telephone, and tea/coffee-making facilities. Hairdryers and irons are available on request. The Terrace Restaurant overlooks the spacious secluded garden. A full English breakfast is included and the restaurant is also open for evening meals for which advance notice is required, as meals are freshly prepared, or alternatively takeaway meals can be ordered to your preference and served to you either in the dining room or facilities provided to enjoy your meals in the comfort of your room. Parking is available off-road as well as at the premises. The Hayesthorpe Hotel is ideally located in quiet surroundings close to the main London-Brighton road in South Croydon (A235). Croydon Business Centre is only five minutes by car or bus. Central London is 20 minutes by frequent express trains from East Croydon or Sanderstead station arriving at London Victoria. The M23 and M25 are just 10 minutes by car and Gatwick airport is 15 minutes away. The hotel is ideally located to enjoy the wide range of amenities that Croydon has to offer. There is an extensive shopping area within the Whitgift centre and the newly built Centrale, which house many of the main departmental stores. The Fairfield Hall is South London's premier arts and entertainment centre, presenting musical recitals, orchestral concerts, pop concerts and professional wrestling. The Ashcroft Theatre presents professional plays. The Warner Village cinema complex has seven screens and the newly built Grant's cinema complex has ten screens showing all the latest releases. Numerous restaurants offer many different national cuisines. The National Sports Centre is situated at Crystal Palace.
